ISIALA NGWA FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY SEAT 2027: FACTORS FAVOUR GINGER OBINNA ONWUSIBE RE-ELECTION

It is a very formidable structure with active membership that even cuts across Isiala Ngwa North/South local government areas. The members are politically agile and constitute the support base of the federal law maker.

In 2020, Labour Party (LP) won five out of the eight Federal Constituencies in the state. And with the defection of Rt. Hon. Mascot Ikwecghe, representing Aba North/South Federal Constituency elected under the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to the Labour Party (LP), the party is now in control of six federal constituencies. Labour Party is very coherent in Abia State. And with the uncommon performance at the state level by Governor Alex Otti, coupled with the exceptional service delivery of Rt. Hon. Ginger Onwusibe in Isiala Ngwa Federal Constituency, LP has secured the confidence and trust of Abians and residents alike. The implication is that any candidate of the LP in the 2027 elections is a contender to beat.
