OFFICIAL INTRODUCTION OF CYRIL ISHMAEL LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION (CILF)

Over the years, public spirited Engr. Sir Cyril Chinonso Ishmael, a debanior entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist with patriotic zeal have personally been a bulwark of support to indigent youths, widows and churches of different denominations in his immediate Obikabia community, Isiala Ngwa North local government area of Abia State and beyond.

However, the charismatic and compassionate international business magnate who is passionate about the wellbeing of others has come up with a lofty goal. He wants to upscale his philanthropic activities to reach out and impact more people in the larger society, particularly those of low family background.

To this effect, altruistic and empathetic Engr, Sir Cyril Chinonso Ishmael has graciously floated the CYRIL ISHMAEL LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION (CILF), a nonprofit and certified philanthropic organisation that will provide a wide range of humanitarian services to bridge inequality and holster the development and capabilities of Abia nay, Nigerian youths.

According to the promoter of the CYRIL ISHMAEL LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION (CILF), the organisation will leverage with development partners like the African Development Bank (AFDB), Canadian -African Development Bank (CAFDB) and other relevant institutions overseas as well as government agencies in driving and actualizing her mandate.

The mandate of the foundation, Sir Cyril Chinonso Ishmael stated, is to avail transformative education, healthcare assistance,live – changing entrepreneurship skills, leadership and mentoring to the youths for accelerated development of the society.

Engr. Cyril Ishmael further revealed that vision of the foundation, on a rescue mission, is to engender the welfare of youths, especially the Girl-Child through sustainable development and growth, while its mission is believe in the power of endless possibilities and transformation of lives of the less privileged.

In summary, the CYRIL ISHMAEL LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION (CILF) which will officially be unveiled and inaugurated in December 2025, is set out to champion policy initiatives and provide the platform that will ensure that youths regardless of their background have access to quality education, Healthcare services, entrepreneurship skills and leadership mentorship.
The foundation will also in addition to its intervention in skills acquisition of youths, empower them with start-up to catalyse economic development and growth as well as eradicating poverty in the society.

Like other ventures of Engr. Sir Cyril Ishmael, it is expected that the CYRIL ISHMAEL LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION (CILF) will be counted as one of the impactful foundations and initiatives in our clime.

As the CYRIL ISHMAEL LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION comes on stream in December, the public should brace up to benefit from this people-centric initiative.
